Who pays the fines?
If the report is hand-delivered or left in the car, you must pay for it yourself. In other cases, the fine will be notified to the rental company which will communicate the details of the contract holder to the authorities, which in turn will forward the report, restarting the notification times.
Can I rent without a credit card?
Yes. MELODIARENTCAR allows you to rent comfortably without the need to commit any type of credit card.
How can I make the payment?
Payment can be made by bank transfer, PayPal, any type of prepaid card, debit card, all types of credit card, cash up to a maximum amount of €999.99.
Do I need a credit card as guarantee to pick up the car?
No, it is not required.
What types of insurance coverage do your cars have?
Our cars are equipped with full kasko insurance coverage (it covers everything without deductibles). In detail, our cars provide for different types of insurance that allow you to cancel the deductible partially or totally. The mini covers partially cancel the deductible while the full policy totally cancels the deductible. In any case, you will find all this information in detail during the booking phase, and it is shown again on the contract that is delivered to you and made to sign during the rental phase.
Are your cars delivered with a full tank of fuel?
Sometimes yes, or with the stock available in the tank, which is written in the contract and must be returned with the same amount.
What points of Sicily does your company cover?

How do I return the car at the end of the rental?
For the airports of Trapani and Palermo, at the time established by you at the time of booking, you will find our operators in charge of collecting the car at the requested airport.
Can I rent the car at an airport or place and return it at a different airport or place from the pick-up?
Yes, it is possible, communicating it in advance.
Can I collect the car in advance or after the time established at the time of booking?
Yes, it is possible by communicating with the company at least 12 hours before collection and/or delivery to the following numbers: +39 3888268899. If the customer does not comply with the aforementioned conditions, he will be held responsible for any inconvenience caused to the company.
